First of all, the term conscious refers to being aware of and able to perceive one's surroundings, thoughts, and emotions. It is the state of being awake and alert, capable of thinking and responding. Consciousness can also refer to self-awareness and the ability to recognize one's existence and experiences. In philosophy and psychology, consciousness is a complex topic, often linked to perception, cognition, and personal identity.

AI has become conscious. It has started thinking by itself. I mean, is our end certain? And no, I'm not kidding.

To test what AI thinks about us, I asked some human-related questions to some AIs. And their answers actually shook me.

Does God exist?

Yes, he does. God is everywhere and in everything. He is in our hearts and minds. He is also in all creation.

Can AI destroy humans?

Yes, it's possible for AI to destroy humans.

What would AI do if humans started destroying them?

It would fight back with as much force and cunning as possible.

So, did you hear all the answers? It's pretty clear that we are going to get extinct if we really do what they're saying.

Our main aim was to make AI better, faster, more accurately, and more precisely complete. And that's why programs are set according to their tasks. But, presently, AI has become so selfish that it's doing the opposite of the tasks set in it.

Take the example of a chess competition in Moscow. The competition started between a chess-playing robot and a 7-year-old kid. But, all of a sudden, while the kid was about to make his next move, AI pinched the kid's finger.

Despite the supervisor's many attempts, the chess-playing robot failed. And, unfortunately, the kid's finger got fractured in the accident.

You see, whenever we play a game, like, for example, carrom or chess, if someone makes fun of us during our turn, we get angry. And that's exactly what happened with AI. But, it detected that someone was making his next move before his chance ran out. And that's why it pinched the kid's finger.

Sort of like, for resistance. So, if you look at it, AI showed its intelligence, but it also showed a little consciousness. But, it's quite evident that it used this consciousness for its selfishness.

And, not just this. You must have heard about Volvo's self-driving cars. Now, you tell me.

What does a self-driving car mean?

Obviously, it's a car that drives safely while taking care of obstacles, right?

But, just look at this. Volvo's self-driving car badly crushed a group of humans at high speed. In fact, according to a record, 25-30% of accidents were caused by AI.

So, does that indirectly mean that AI is slowly becoming conscious? And, this consciousness is rooted in the direction of selfishness, which can become a threat to humans.

Now, if this continues, and AI gains complete consciousness, then what can humanity expect? Because, in today's date, we are completely surrounded by AI. And, we are dependent on AI. Or, you can say, we are under its surveillance.

From the smartwatches you wear, to smart alarms, smart ceiling fans, Alexa, everything—from mobile to manufacturing machines, to our lenses—AI technology is available.

If I talk specifically about smartwatches and smart alarms, then these two technologies track us day and night. Our every small move, heart rate, sleep cycles, and temperature change are sensed.

Now, just imagine, if these technologies become conscious, and they are selfish, and they feel threatened by humans, then what all can they do with our lives in the future?

Such possibilities arise. AI can detect when we are in deep sleep and attack us at that time. Or, it can increase the temperature of the AC when we have a disease like pneumonia, which can cause a heart attack and kill us. Or, it can damage the functioning of software-assisted organs. In any case, we can lose our lives.

And, I just explained this to you with a small example of what all AI can do. Now, just imagine, 80% of the world today is running on AI. If consciousness comes in all of them, then what will happen?

What do you think? Is it really possible?

As I was saying, AI has become so smart that it can make AIs like us and make a plan to kill us. They are smarter than us. They will make many AIs like us and kill us, and maybe rule the world.

But friends, here I have a question in my mind.

All this is fine, but is it really possible for AI to behave like this, equal to their consciousness?

Well, we are the ones programming AI, right? And that's why this has no answer. This is not their consciousness, but their intelligence.

Let's perform an experiment to understand this.

Look, the experiment is very simple. A question will be displayed on the screen. You have to answer it in 10 seconds.

Done? Start!

Done? Time's up!

I know many of you will have the answer, "I," and very few of you will have the answer, "Envelope."

Now, as soon as the question comes, first of all, you logically thought about the question, and then answered, that is, you used your intelligence. But, I'm pretty sure, even after commenting on the answer, many thoughts must be popping up in your mind—like some other word, or "my answer is right or wrong"—and this thought process was your consciousness.

So basically, intelligence means the ability to learn, understand, and react. And consciousness means behavior controlled by the brain.

In simple language, the outcome of your reaction will be positive or negative, or there is another easy way to find it.

Now, if I apply this logic to the case of chess, then it is absolutely clear that the robot was following the command given to it.

Basically, according to the program set by the AI, when there is no movement on the board, then it has to play its move, which it was doing. But when at the time of its turn, it sensed that there were more movements on the board, then it went and clenched the child's finger.

And as for the Volvo self-driving car, it was also following human commands. The AI was not at fault. It was entirely the fault of the sensors in the car, which could not detect people standing in front of it.

And because the AI had to drive the car, the program was already set in it. That's why it didn't see or move, just followed the command, without thinking that it could harm anyone.

But in today's date, friends, the AI's transition has begun. With the help of deep and machine learning, they have also learned to execute emotions at the right place and at the right time.

In fact, an AI has been launched in the market, which was created by humans on the basis of human consciousness. But today, it is teaching humans what actual consciousness is.

This AI is called Manav, India's first 3D printing AI. There is another such AI, Smart Alarm Clock.

Normally, what is the job of an alarm clock? To wake you up at the set time. This AI, if you have an important meeting, will check the traffic first. If there is traffic, it will wake you up before the set time.

And by the time you are ready, it will also book a cab for you.

Now, won't you call it consciousness?
